Masha Fedorova
Ads and Content Creator
I design words. I write pictures.
I don't start with a format. I start with the problem, then find the shape that solves it — a film, a site, a deck, an app, a 360 campaign.
Concept to live asset, no handoff:
I write it, shoot it, cut it.
A creative department that fits on one line of a contract.
Meta Ads for Swiss Medica Clinic
Full-cycle Meta Ads in one of the platform's most restricted categories — stem cell therapy. Account analysis, hypotheses, creative from idea to final cut: I write, design, shoot, edit, ship.
Result. Creative fatigue is what drives costs up. A constant pipeline of new hooks meant each batch pulled CPL down before the previous one burned out — lead cost stayed in balance.

Promoted Ads and Reels for UFO Drum
Full-cycle creative for a meditative steel tongue drum. Audience insights, hypotheses, concepts, shooting, copy, AI voiceover, edit — I write it, shoot it, cut it.
Result. Boosted videos held CTR above 3% — well over the norm for the niche. The creative carried cold traffic straight to the product page: sessions up, add-to-carts moving, and the best-performing hooks became the template for the next batch.
Cartoons for Kids Made with AI
An experiment: could AI tools turn into an actual product line? I opened an Etsy shop and tested the range — personalized cartoons, animated postcards, custom invitations, children's drawings turned into short films.
Result. Real orders came in — cartoons and cards sold to real buyers. The concept is proven; current status: under review for scaling.

Mapki: An Author’s Kid-Friendly Map
The only Istanbul guide built specifically for families with children. An interactive Google Map with 2,000+ kid-friendly locations — playgrounds, family restaurants, museums, hidden gems — handpicked by me and other parents.
It started as a personal map of our favorite spots after I moved to Istanbul with my child; it turned into a media project.
I built it all: the maps, a landing page for map subscriptions, a mobile app prototype, and an Instagram account with short-form reviews of every location.
Result. 6,000 Instagram followers in the first year, 300 map subscriptions, and a steady stream of messages from parents who actually used it.
Organic growth only — no ad budget.
Current status. The project is kept in a passive state, with a large-scale relaunch planned in partnership with Instagram creators.
WTF: unexpected lunches delivery
What The Food — a delivery service with one rule: you never knew what you'd get. One dish a day, no menu. Every morning we posted photos of the day's ingredients on social media and let people guess.
Launched in Moscow in 2014 with partners: our own kitchen, social media as the only storefront, and a delivery partner on the route.
Result. The format made noise immediately. Major city media picked it up — Afisha among them — and sent a wave of traffic our way with no ad budget at all. On peak days, we sold up to 300 lunch portions.
The project ran for a year before my relocation.
